Certificates issuanceOn September 9, 2016 LARPAS members, who participated in the meeting, received certificates that confirms that they are official members of Latvian Association of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems. During the meeting participants were able to hear the LARPAS Board presentation, answers from Latvian CAA to previously asked questions, talk about actual problems and discuss further actions to make RPAS operations more arranged from a regulatory point of view. Also, we inform that in parallel with regulations project “Kārtība, kādā veicami bezpilota gaisa kuģu un tādu cita veida lidaparātu lidojumi, kuri nav kvalificējami kā gaisa kuģi” (responsible instance: Ministry of Transport) LARPAS is going to develop common vision about full RPAS regulations and start Unmanned Aircraft registration (not mandatory) which will be free of charge for LARPAS members. |
